Cannabis Tolerance Break Guide
For people who use cannabis, a tolerance break can have multiple benefits. CYAAR would like to support you on this journey. This guide was designed to help anyone who might be thinking about taking a break from cannabis use. The T-Break Guide has short daily practices and tips for a 21-day tolerance break.

Each person who attends & completes training is provided a free Naloxone kit. At the
end of this training the participants will be able to:
- Identify potential warning signs of an overdose
- Operate and administer Naloxone in the event of an overdose
- Identify how Naloxone works
- Understand the Georgia Medical Amnesty Law
Training is free for KSU students, faculty, and staff. Each person who attends and
completes training is provided a free Naloxone kit.

KSU Alcohol and Other Drug Information
At ÁñÁ«»ÆÊÓƵ, we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our
entire community. We understand that for some students, college is a time of increased
socialization and being faced with new and diverse choices. Through the collaborative
efforts of the Wellbeing@KSU Coalition, a cross-functional team of faculty, staff,
students, administrators, and community members champion educational and policy initiatives
in service to the university and surrounding community.
The Office of the Dean of Students is responsible for oversight and distribution of
policies related to alcohol and drugs, and for other policies and compliance standards
related to alcohol and drugs. Every member and guest of the KSU community is encouraged
to review these policies and documents.
